A lifelong resident of the city, Dr. Serhan is proud to offer specialized travel medicine services to the London community. He is a graduate of Western University and the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, and he holds a specialty in Family Medicine from McMaster University.

Dr. Serhan’s background in comprehensive family medicine is a cornerstone of his practice. His experience managing a diverse range of patient needs—from simple to complex—ensures a holistic approach to your travel health. He understands how your personal medical history interacts with your travel plans, allowing for a truly personalized and safe itinerary.

To build on this foundation, Dr. Serhan has pursued extensive education in travel medicine. As an active member of the International Society of Travel Medicine (ISTM), he is committed to the highest international standards of care. This dedication to the specialty is complemented by clinical mentorship with esteemed local expert, Dr. Ruth Benn.

An avid traveller himself, Dr. Serhan shares in the excitement of his patients' upcoming journeys. He is passionate about providing the expert care and advice that allows them to explore the world with confidence and peace of mind.

A true travel medicine veteran, Connie has been working at the London Travel Clinic since 2009. She also has experience working in hospital and outpatient clinic settings.

Our Legacy

Founded in 1996 by Dr. Ole Hammerberg and later led by Dr. Ruth Benn, the London Travel Clinic has a long-standing history of serving the travel health needs of our community, having cared for tens of thousands of individuals.

Today, we remain dedicated to the core principle of empowering travellers through comprehensive education on illnesses, injuries, and other health considerations, enabling them to make informed decisions for safe and healthy travels.

With a background in IT and administration, Lisa supports both the operational and clinical sides of the Travel Clinic. Certified in injection administration, she combined technical expertise with hands-on patient care to help ensure smooth, efficient service for every patient.
